Day of Prayer
Yesterday, Jeff and I participated in Wycliffe’s World Day of Prayer. On November 10 and 11 all over the world Wycliffe teams and those who work with organizational partners gather together to pray for organizational needs. We used to participate in this event when we worked at the Wycliffe USA headquarters in Orlando. This year, we participated with co-workers in Nairobi. The whole group of staff that work all over the area in various capacities came together. I’d say that there were probably about 70 or 80 people present.
A few hours after I got home, I phoned in (via skype) to Wycliffe USA’s World Day of Prayer, and I shared a few ways that they could be praying for work in Africa.
