Airport Perks
My flight left Manila, Philippines, and now I’m in Tokyo, Japan for a few hours. This is a good airport. Why? On international trips, my definition of a good airport is…do they have showers. When you’ve been on a plane for a long time, and your next flight will also be really long, it’s so nice to get a shower in the middle. I’m so thankful that, yes, the Narita airport in Tokyo has showers. I feel so much better now that I’ve cleaned up before my long flight to LA.
Another great perk is free wireless internet. I hate paying for it. The regular wireless here costs 500 yen/day, but I was able to find a weak signal coming from the Northwest Airlines lounge, and it was free
